Lives Reforging
My image projects
In mirrors, it reflects,
I know who I see
Yet, lineament eludes me.
In a life of mystery,
Glimpses of history
Knowledge filtered
Like fractured splinters.
An act of love
Chained us through blood.
Later, souls in agony
Smashed by tragedy.
Surreptitiously; Angels
Orchestrate miracles.
A letter answered,
A brother discovered.
Thoughts that come hither;
At a first meeting -
So, we're brother and sister.
Our lives are forging!
Yesterday, only me;
Today, a new family.
How surreal is life
When pleasure breaks ice.
At last, the mirror
Reflects the familiar,
How long I've waited
To be wholly projected.
