Bird Words

Twitter,
This new world makes me jitter.
Was followed yesterday by a friendly Arab,
Couldn’t read his script  and his avi was a ‘Scarab’.
NASA’s Rover, watching rocks on Mars,
Brian Cox is zeroing in on stars.
K.W. off to Oz. to see her man,
That’s twice she’s left Los Ang.
Stephen Fry – Prolific Twitter,
Simon Cowell – I wouldn’t like to read his litter.
@WheresAndrew, he’s in Yellowstone Park
Photographing the wolves in landscapes stark.
Met Office at the end of their tether,
Tweeting about the latest weather.
Telescopes up in space, linked by wires they can’t escape,
Sending back pictures of wonderful coloured spiral shapes.
Follow, be followed.
Some of this is hard to swallow.
People’s lives in byte size chatter,
Leaving others to wonder “What’s the matter”.
Picking up on conversations half way through –
Blimey Charlie – he’s here too.
Talkers frustrated by lack of space
Have to Interlace
Start another Tweet
You can’t always keep it short and sweet.
Links, Hashes, Warnings, Alerts,
Stay calm dear, don’t go losing your shirts.
People lost, dogs lost.
Must be found at any cost.
Re-tweet now before you say Ciao.
Twits, Tweepers, Twitters or Witterers
What’s correct, what’s polite and do you always have to say Goodnight.
Dear God, my mind is amazed and muddled,
I’d better have a break before it gets more befuddled.
LOL
